As senior business analyst at Baker Hill, Rob Foreman is responsible for guiding product development in building solutions that meet both client and industry expectations and standards, while also helping to improve the company’s operational efficiencies.

With more than 10 years of experience spanning across multiple departments of various organizations, Foreman is skilled in financial analysis and product management. In this time, he has strengthened his ability to combine vision, analysis and business acumen with independent project management and leadership skills that drive strategic initiatives and growth.

Before joining Baker Hill, Foreman served as an Account Manager over third party government billing and collections for Walgreens. Foreman also worked at Busey Bank where he broadened his understanding of the financial services industry while working as a Financial Analyst in treasury, finance and accounting, and as Commercial Credit Analyst.  Foreman had direct exposure to ALLL preparation and management, as well as many other bank related functions.

Foreman earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Illinois State University and his Master’s in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Foreman is also a graduate of United Way’s Emerging Community Leaders program, as well as the president of the High School of Saint Thomas More’s alumni association.
