Jill Tallman, VP, Finance, brings 20 years of expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, general accounting, process improvement, and employee development to Baker Hill’s accounting and finance team. With a diverse background in financial planning and analysis, Jill has developed several key best practices for reporting, KPIs, monthly analysis, cashflow forecasting, and more.
Jill provides financial consulting and strategic support to senior management and acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support to drive optimal business decisions for Baker Hill. Jill ensures that Baker Hill has the systems and robust processes in place to ensure compliance with all necessary entities and is responsible for the management of all internal and external financial audits. Jill has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, where she doubled majored in Accounting and Finance.
