As Chief Operating Officer of Baker Hill, Rick Griskie is responsible for the overall performance of the company’s product and related operations teams. His responsibilities span product management and development, implementation and client support, information technology, and security. Rick is also responsible for building revenues from professional services.
Rick is a dynamic executive leader with a diverse background and proven track record of delivering transformation in a variety of industry leading SaaS organizations. He is a hands-on leader who builds, motivates, and drives high-performing teams to deliver innovative, industry-leading solutions, and exceptional business results.
Prior to joining Baker Hill, Rick served as President of Digital Marketplaces for KAR Global, where he focused on driving industry-wide digital transformation. He has a history of leading business transformations. Rick brings over 30 years of experience in leading world-class product management, product development, and technology organizations.
Rick received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan
