Tom Bonos is a 25 year veteran of the enterprise software and SAAS sales marketplace here in North America. In his career he has held CRO, EVP, GVP and AVP sales leadership positions at SAP America, Oracle Corporation, ServiceSource International, and Benchmarking Partners. Tom is currently serving as the CRO for Applause App Quality Inc (a Vista Equity Partner owned company) and over the past 5 years has helped to grow the company to over 135M in ARR.
During his time leading sales teams through the enterprise GTM challenges Tom has organized and trained sellers to advise and consult customer stakeholders about the evaluation and justification process for buying and implementing new solutions. Tom has used a variety of sales process improvements and ROI/Value selling tools to help teams to identify customer business pain and tie that to key solution capabilities in order to sell true customer business value.
Tom serves as a GTM advisor for several Series A and B Saas start ups and is a Limited Partner with Stage 2 Capital where he supports early stage SAAS companies with funding but more importantly guidance and coaching support for Sales and Marketing initiatives to drive growth for the fund’s portcos.
Tom graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Economics and Geological Sciences and played 4 years of Division I Soccer. Tom now lives in Florida with his wife and 5 children
