Tim is a Senior Advisor at Ampersand Capital Partners. He was the former Chairman, President and CEO of John H. Harland Company. Prior to that he was President and CEO of Boral Industries, where he managed the North American and European operations of Australia-based Boral Ltd. He is a Director of Printpack Inc. and also serves on the Board of Directors for the International Crane Foundation and Kasasa.
He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, received a master's degree in marketing from the University of Lancaster in England and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
