Steve is Vice President of Transacting at The Riverside Company and Riverside Micro-Cap Fund I, L.P. Previously, Mr. Rice was a Senior Associate and Assistant Vice President at Riverside. He joined Riverside on October 18, 2010. Prior to that, Steve was an Associate at Merritt Capital Partners LP and an Analyst at Merrill Lynch Investment Banking in the Technology Group. Steve also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Uinta Brewing Company, Alchemy Systems, and Outward Hound. Mr. Rice holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Ohio University.
