John is an HR change agent with Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has a proven track record for leading transformational strategic, people management and policy initiatives to optimize productivity and create a value creation culture. As a member of the Baker Hill executive leadership team, John is challenged to drive people management programs that create shareholder value and contribute to both top and bottom line results.
John earned both a B.B.A. in Marketing and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from University of Cincinnati.
