John is an HR change agent with Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has a proven track record for leading transformational strategic, people management, and policy initiatives to optimize productivity and create a value creation culture. As a member of the Baker Hill executive leadership team, John is challenged to drive people management programs that create shareholder value and contribute to both top and bottom-line results.
John earned both a B.B.A. in Marketing and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati.
