Carmen Osborne brings 21+ years of business and leadership experience to Baker Hill. Carmen has a strong background in successfully leading client services initiatives. Throughout the various positions she’s held, Carmen has developed key best practices in terms of ensuring customers are highly satisfied, resulting in financial returns and recommendations to others. Her prior experience includes companies such as Fiserv and JPMorgan Chase.
As the Vice President – Delivery, Carmen focuses on providing a superior client experience, managing resource alignment, billable resource utilization, and defining and measuring repeatable/scalable delivery methodologies. Likewise, this position is responsible for the ongoing coordination of the client’s business and providing feedback on functional requirements to our product management, development, and sales organizations. Carmen holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University
