Tyler Claypool serves as Vice President of Information Technology at BKR H/LL, where he leads the company’s IT strategy, cloud operations, and cybersecurity initiatives in support of its SaaS solutions for banks and credit unions. He oversees enterprise infrastructure and Microsoft Azure–based production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and premier security for both client-facing applications and internal productivity platforms.

With a proven track record in digital transformation, Tyler is recognized for driving secure, resilient, and scalable technology delivery. He spearheaded BKR H/LL’s implementation of CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform to strengthen 24/7 threat detection and response across BKR H/LL NextGen®—a move highlighted by industry press. He also launched and now chairs Baker Hill’s cross-functional AI Committee, guiding the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot to boost employee productivity. Prior to joining 
BKR H/LL, Tyler spent five years at West Monroe Partners in IT consulting, where he specialized in Microsoft technologies and the technical orchestration of mergers and acquisitions.

Beyond his leadership in IT, Tyler embraces teamwork and community through BKR H/LL’s involvement in the Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge, where he serves as captain. He thrives in the player-coach role, competing in events ranging from cycling and dodgeball to the half mile run and tug-of-war. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time with his husky-mix dogs, and finding new ways to blend challenge with camaraderie.
