SVP, Client Strategy & Growth at BKR H/LL
Rob Foreman is the Senior Vice President of Client Strategy and Growth at BKR H/LL, where he leads Solution Consulting, Professional Services (Advisory and Training), and Service Partners. A former commercial banker, Rob brings nearly two decades of expertise in credit, lending, and financial technology to his role. He is passionate about helping banks and credit unions “lend better, faster, and more” by combining client insights with innovative technology and consultative strategies.
Since joining BKR H/LL in 2018, Rob has held progressive leadership roles spanning Advisory Services, Solution Consulting, New Logo Sales, and Solution Strategy before being promoted to SVP. Along the way, he spearheaded the development and deployment of an industry-leading modular credit memo platform, guided go-to-market strategies, and served as a subject matter expert for complex financial analysis and lending conversations. Prior to BKR H/LL, Rob built a strong foundation in finance and credit at Busey Bank, Walgreens Corporate, and other institutions, specializing in commercial underwriting, risk assessment, and strategic reporting.
Rob’s expertise has been recognized through his graduation from the TechPoint Emerging Leaders Program, recognition as one of BKR H/LL’s top contributors, and frequent invitations to advise clients and peers across the industry. He holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Finance from Illinois State University.
Beyond his professional role, Rob is deeply engaged in community leadership. He has served on nonprofit boards, mentored youth through development programs, and is active in supporting educational and community initiatives. His leadership philosophy—listening first, then guiding with purpose—shapes both his professional impact and personal commitments.
