Malcolm Grice

Malcolm Grice is a highly accomplished and innovative leader with over 30 years of global experience in operations, implementation, and client services. He has a proven track record of transforming organizations, building high-performing teams, and consistently delivering strong financial results across diverse international markets (USA, Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe). His expertise spans large-scale program and project management, process optimization, and driving digital transformation initiatives within complex, multinational environments. He excels at enhancing client satisfaction, increasing operational efficiency, and achieving ambitious business objectives.

Prior to joining Equifax in 2024, Malcolm was leading all implementation groups for Financial Institutions at Fiserv for 5 years and previously led Global Implementation and Operations teams for ADP, most recently based in Barcelona Spain. Malcolm was with ADP for 18 years.

Malcolm is a graduate of the Queensland University of Technology, in Brisbane Australia, where he gained a Bachelor of Business, with a major in Information Systems.
