Kyle Ray serves as Regional Vice President of Lending Innovation & New Market Expansion at BKR H/LL, where he works with financial institutions to identify growth opportunities, drive technology transformation, and expand BKR H/LL’s reach into new markets. A former banker turned fintech enthusiast, Kyle brings more than 15 years of experience in banking, lending, and fintech sales leadership to his role.

Kyle began his career as a personal banker, business banker, and commercial lender, where he honed his skills in credit, underwriting, and relationship management. During the 2008 financial crisis, he was recognized as one of Chase’s Top 100 business bankers for his ability to find creative lending solutions, including leveraging SBA programs when credit was tight. In 2016, he shifted to fintech, joining nCino as a product specialist—quickly becoming known as a “demo master” before moving into sales and leadership. Over six years, he became a top producer at nCino and later consulted with numerous fintech startups, banks, and credit unions on go-to-market strategies and digital transformation initiatives.

At BKR H/LL, Kyle is focused on building new client relationships and positioning the company as a trusted partner in lending innovation. His consultative approach—grounded in his firsthand banking experience—allows him to connect deeply with clients, framing solutions around the challenges they face rather than pushing a sale.

Outside of work, Kyle is passionate about Notre Dame football, building software in his spare time, and launching personal tech projects—including apps he’s developing for future release. He also enjoys DIY projects, staying active in the gym, and keeping up with his three children, who are all active in sports. Known to friends as “Kray,” he brings the same energy, creativity, and commitment to family and community that he does to his professional role.
