Brenda Wiley

Brenda Wiley serves as Director of Product Management at BKR H/LL, where she leads the company’s flagship loan origination solution, NextGen®. Since joining the company in 2019, Brenda has brought more than three decades of lending expertise to her role, combining her deep understanding of loan operations with a client-first approach to product innovation. She and her team of product managers listen closely to the voice of the client, ensuring that BKR H/LL’s solutions remain at the forefront of the market—delivering measurable value and efficiency to banks and credit unions.

Brenda’s career journey includes extensive experience in lending, branch market management, loan system administration, and consumer lending product management at two prominent financial institutions. Known for her ability to handle complexity with clarity, she has successfully managed multiple loan system implementations—often simultaneously—serving as administrator for nine different systems. This unique perspective, paired with her earlier role at BKR H/LL as a Business Analyst writing hundreds of requirements, enables her to bridge communication seamlessly between clients, stakeholders, and development teams.

Widely recognized for her leadership, Brenda has guided cross-functional teams through large-scale process improvements and technology enhancements. As a Market President, her leadership contributed to a remarkable 24% increase in market production over four years, driving both profitability and long-term sustainability. At 
BKR H/LL, her vision and collaborative style continue to fuel product innovation and team growth in a highly competitive marketplace.

Brenda’s contributions have been honored with the BKR H/LL Prosper Award (2023) and the BKR H/LL Service Award (2021). She also holds SAFe certifications as a Product Owner/Product Manager and Practitioner.

Based in Carmel, Indiana, Brenda is deeply engaged in her community. She serves as Secretary of the Mooreland Free Fair Board, helping organize the annual fair that grows the town’s population from 713 to thousands each night while funding local scholarships. She is also active with the Indiana Home Economics Association, supporting food pantries, nursing homes, and programs for underprivileged youth. Beyond her professional and community commitments, Brenda enjoys decorating cakes, boating on Dale Hollow Lake in Kentucky and Tennessee, traveling to favorite destinations, and sharing “Forced Family Fun” with her large family of 38.
