CARMEL, IND (May 7, 2020) - Baker Hill, announces plans for 2021 Prosper conference after altering the 2020 event to a virtual engagement due to COVID-19. The event will take place April 18-21 in Indianapolis, IN.
The recent two-day virtual event saw representatives from financial institutions from across the United States. With sessions addressing auto-decisioning, adapting to the current environment, managing digital relationships, and managing risk, the sessions provided attendees with insights in how to address lending in today’s industry.
“Even though Prosper had to be adjusted to a virtual event, I still loved how fun and engaging it was. I was grateful that the sessions were recorded, and I was able to watch the parts that I missed afterwards,” said Jennifer Sansone, assistant vice president and commercial information systems manager of Northwest Bank. “I know this isn’t an ideal way to host a conference, however Baker Hill did a remarkable job in shifting gears to put this together for their clients. I look forward to seeing everyone again once it is safe to do so.”
“The safety of our clients, employees, and partners was obviously our top priority when it came to execute Prosper 2020,” said John Deignan, president and CEO of Baker Hill. “We’re proud to still be delivering engaging content and providing our attendees with actionable insights to help them navigate through this unprecedented situation. We look forward to returning to connecting in-person in 2021.”
The educational event comes as Baker Hill is working directly with its clients to expedite the processes for small businesses applying for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funds under the recently signed CARES Act and proactive portfolio risk management initiatives.
