As an Implementation Project Manager, Sarah Ramon’s responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operations of an implementation project such as schedule, resource management and project process consultation. With almost three years of experience at Baker Hill, she has assisted with guiding clients through implementations to ensure successful adoption and use of the system. Ramon earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Spanish at Franklin College.
