Before joining BKR H/LL, Rick served as President of Digital Marketplaces at KAR Global, where he led enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. His experience also includes leadership roles at ADESA, Dealertrack, and other industry-leading firms. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Rick has cultivated a reputation for fostering cultures of accountability, agility, and innovation across startup, private equity, and Fortune 100 environments.
