Kourtney Goody serves as Chief Design Officer at BKR H/LL, where she is committed to building a world-class design team that elevates usability, strengthens trust, and repositions BKR H/LL as a leading innovator in lending software. With more than 16 years of design leadership experience and an MBA in Ethical Leadership, Kourtney blends empathetic leadership with data-driven decision-making, ensuring that creativity and measurable impact go hand in hand.

Her career spans B2B and B2C financial services and fintech, where she has delivered user-centered solutions that enhance experiences and empower clients. Before joining BKR H/LL, Kourtney was Head of Design at GoBankingRates, leading a 16-member team to create products used by millions of consumers. She previously worked alongside Andy Ivankovich at Fiserv, where she helped deliver digital lending and account-opening solutions to more than 1,000 banks and credit unions. Kourtney’s career began at a local credit union, giving her firsthand insight into financial services by directly opening accounts and serving members—a foundation that continues to shape her user-first approach.

Kourtney is recognized for her ability to balance creative vision with strategic execution. She has spearheaded rebranding initiatives, optimized financial tools, and consistently driven improved conversions and tangible results. At BKR H/LL, she champions design as a strategic advantage—helping clients and their customers navigate digital banking with confidence.

Outside of work, Kourtney divides her time between the vibrant pace of city life and the tranquility of her family ranch in the Texas Hill Country. She enjoys the beauty of nature, adventures with her partner, and raising her two spirited daughters, embracing a life defined by curiosity, creativity, and balance.
