Adrian Scott

Adrian Scott brings more than 25 years of expertise in financial markets technology and digital banking innovation to BKR H/LL. As a proven leader in product management and infrastructure, Adrian combines global experience with a customer-first mindset, creating digital solutions that are fluid, intuitive, and impactful. His career has spanned trading rooms, hedge funds, and regional banks, giving him a rare perspective on both complex financial markets and community-focused banking.

Adrian’s background includes more than 15 years managing trading room and market data environments for major institutions—including retail banks in Sydney ($50B AUM), hedge funds in London ($20B AUM), and market makers on U.S. exchanges such as PHLX, AMEX, CBOE, and Nasdaq ($30B AUM). He later served as Head of Infrastructure, 5+ years for Jabré Capital in Geneva ($6B AUM), where he played a key role in the hedge fund’s launch. Since relocating to Hawaii in 2013, Adrian has focused on regional and relationship banking, leading regulatory projects with the State Government (DCCA) and guiding banks through digital transformation.

In recent years, Adrian has excelled in product management, including developing the iLendx Digital Unsecured Personal Loan product (Fiserv Loan Director Flex) and launching multiple online and mobile banking solutions for two of Hawaii’s largest banks ($7B & $20B respectively), serving up to 400,000 customers. Past notable features include automated loan decisioning and real-time disbursement, customer-adjustable loan terms, instant digital payroll switching, and early paycheck access for deposit account holders.

Adrian holds several industry certifications, including SAFe 6.0 POPM, and is known for championing customer advocacy throughout his career. Drawing from his early experience in hospitality management technology, he embraces the philosophy: “The answer is yes. What’s the question?”—a mindset that continues to guide his work designing fluid, graceful digital experiences.

Outside of work, Adrian would say that he ‘tops up his soul’ exploring Hawaii’s natural beauty through Kitesurfing, hiking, and SCUBA diving with his son, Levi, and practicing mindfulness and gratitude on the daily. A Kiteboarding instructor and North Kiteboarding team rider, Adrian regularly competes and ranks within the top 15 for Kiteboarding’s Big Air discipline for North America.
