During Baker Hill Implementation

Implementation training encompasses your User Acceptance Testing Group, your end-user Role-Based Trainings or Train the Trainer sessions, as well as extensive training for your system administrators, report authors, and custom documentation authors. Full documentation for all sessions is provided in PDF, and updates can be requested at any time!

Continuous Learning

Ongoing training is always available through Education Services by custom scoping, Baker Hill Community offerings, and release transition web-sessions; all methods utilized within your implementation are available for later ongoing or attrition training.

In addition to formal instructor-led training, Baker Hill provides online knowledge support through our deeply sophisticated Help system for Baker Hill NextGen, which includes best practices, embedded videos, steps/actions, concepts, and examples/samples, as well as through our website's Community and online library of articles.

All Baker Hill NextGen® Certified Administrators are offered free, ongoing training opportunities to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest product enhancements.
