His responsibilities span product management and development, implementation and client support, information technology, and security. Rick is also responsible for building revenues from professional services. Rick is a dynamic executive leader with a diverse background and proven track record of delivering transformation in a variety of industry leading SaaS organizations. He is a hands-on leader who builds, motivates, and drives high-performing teams to deliver innovative, industry-leading solutions, and exceptional business results. Prior to joining Baker Hill, Rick served as President of Digital Marketplaces for KAR Global, where he focused on driving industry-wide digital transformation. He has a history of leading business transformations. Rick brings over 30 years of experience in leading world-class product management, product development, and technology organizations. Rick received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.
