Why do you want to be on the Baker Hill User Community Board?
I want to join the Baker Hill User Community board to enhance how banks and credit unions use NextGen. My goal is to drive change by sharing improvement ideas that maximize NextGen’s potential. Through feedback and advocacy, we can significantly improve processes and share what we have learned with other lenders. Having implemented NextGen over the past year and a half, we have identified better workflows using Decision Rules, loan document integration and workspace layouts to help with the loan process and I am eager to continue this progress as a board member.

Why do you want to be on the Baker Hill User Community Board?
I’m an active NextGen user and admin. I’ve underwritten loans and helped develop our workflow, created an annual review process within NextGen which involves collecting financials through the client portal, assisted with implementing the online loan application, created queries, decision rules, and Webi reports (and dabbled some in Winward), added several ideas on the Community Board (some are scheduled for development), developed our PRM process and set up covenant monitoring using NextGen Statements. I’m the go-to NextGen problem solver at Consumers. I believe this experience positions me to provide valuable insights that can help shape Baker Hill’s future direction and enhance the user experience for the entire community. As a board member, I would leverage this comprehensive knowledge to advocate for practical improvements while helping other users maximize their Baker Hill investment.
