OnePoint Certified Administrator Program

Experian is pleased to present our OnePoint Administrator Certification program. If you are responsible for the OnePoint solution at your institution, our OnePoint Certified Administrator program is for you. It provides a way for you to master your "OnePoint expertise" and gives you the credentials to prove it!

Requirements for Certification include:

  • Candidates must complete one full week of OnePoint training (included in certification package)
  • Candidates must complete and pass a written exam within one week of receipt
  • Bank must provide an approved OnePoint Procedures Manual for review (content guide available for reference purposes)
  • Candidates must complete and return Technology Assessment Questionnaire

Profile of a OnePoint certified System Administrator:

  • Possesses basic knowledge of a computer system and is comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Interested in obtaining or expanding technical skills
  • Familiar with mainframe data structure
  • Able to instruct/train new users
  • Maintains basic word processing knowledge in order to document procedures
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Commits to 50%-80% project time availability throughout the OnePoint implementation process
