Since Baker Hill is the Application Solution Provider (ASP) for all of our origination solutions, your IT departments involvement is minimal. Baker Hill makes all necessary investments in hardware, software, and staff to keep the performance of your Baker Hill Origination sites optimized.

You do not have to install, manage, or upgrade your site. We access the site via the Internet and perform all upgrades automatically during periods of time when your activity is lowest, typically over a weekend. We assure that you are always running the latest release of our origination solution.

To help you further maximize your investment in the ASP, Baker Hill’s Client Experience Environments provide a way for you to assess the features and functionality of Baker Hill solutions outside of your live production database. These fully replicated solution environments allow you to access an up-to-date version of the solution for training or testing purposes. You still get the benefit of immediate upgrades via the ASP, while having the freedom to explore and test new features without affecting your existing data.

Baker Hill offers two types of Client Experience Environments in the ASP:

Early Experience Environment - The Early Experience Environment enables you to experience an upcoming release prior to the general release date so you can review new functionality and capabilities before it goes live, and better prepare your user community for upcoming changes.

Staging Environment - The Staging Environment gives you the opportunity to test changes in configuration, processes, or custom add-ons or services such as documents or reports against your own production data and environment before deploying the changes to your user community.
