Pat Spencer, Vice President of Client Services
As Director of Client Services, Pat manages Baker Hill’s team of banking experts who bring
practical insight and relevant technical expertise to every client project. Client Services
help deliver solutions to clients faster, with fewer problems, and with greater user acceptance.
Pat has more than 20 years of financial services experience in sales management, commercial lending,
credit analysis, loan portfolio management, loan participations, credit scoring, and automated
underwriting and process management for start-up business lending operations.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University and a Masters in Business
Administration from Indiana University. Pat and his wife, Debbie, have two children: Cassie and Tori.
