Joel Pruis, Director of Advisory Services

As Director of Advisory Services, Joel manages Baker Hill’s team of bankers and technology experts who leverage their extensive client experience, understanding of best practices, and knowledge of emerging industry trends on behalf of our clients.

Joel has more than 15 years in the banking industry, with extensive experience as a commercial relationship manager/officer and underwriter. Prior to joining Baker Hill, Joel was vice president and manager of First Indiana Bank's small business lending line of business. He has managed Baker Hill’s credit quality and origination practice for six years.

Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Calvin College and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan. Joel and his wife, Gina, have three children: Jacob, Kirby and Jordan.
